In the statistic module, you take in account the number of offered rooms for calculating ratios. That's fine.
But for calculating this "room offered" (chambres à la vente) do do not take in account the fact that some rooms on some days where "closed".
You report 0 closed room but in fact they are closed (on tabla like you advised us to do).
So those days the number of rooms offered used for calculating statistics should be ZERO, whatever the number is in the database.
This leads to false numbers (for example in january we had 8 days closed, but your calculs used 31 days for ratios !!!)
You report 23,66% but in fact it is 31,88% when you remove closed days.
Not a big deal, but again extra work from my side to have accurate data for managing the hotel.
PS : do not tell me that Zak do not use the tabla data for closure because :
- it was your advise
- it would be a computer programer response and not accurate for user. The fact you have 3 systems is not my problem, they all should works together flawlessly.
