I need to make some automatic treatments from confirmations/cancel mails.
And this is in a separate workflow, integration with slack and other things.
So I need to have access to granular informations from the reservation or canceling with great accuracy.
For example, automatic screen welcome to people when they arrive, etc.
basically it is deep integration with my information system, beside hotel management.
But for this need you already have a full API!!!
